This is the place for gambling. Attached to the casino is a four-star hotel and multiple restaurants, ranging from buffet-style to serious French, and there are dinner/entertainment specials. A dress code requires jacket and tie (or turtleneck) for men and suitable dress for women, and you must have your passport to prove you're over 18.
