The Back Burner Restaurant ReviewChef Christian Losito has brought serious food to Macon at this charming cottage off Ingleside Avenue. The Nice, France, native offers a changing menu that may include a Chilean halibut in a champagne-and-shallot sauce, rack of lamb in a Dijon-thyme sauce, or grilled shrimp over penne pasta in a mushroom-wine sauce. Lunchtime soups and salads are fresh and innovative.
