Suitable for both commercial travelers and vacationers, this large hotel lies in the center of Manchester. It stands beside the Concert Hall and Exhibition Center, and many of Manchester's major attractions, including museums and galleries, lie within walking distance. All the bedrooms are of the standard peas-in-a-pod variety, but they are well maintained and comfortable. The hotel is good value for the money in that the accommodations are large enough to house three adults or else two adults and two children. Both first-class meals in the main restaurant and delicious bar food in the pub are served here.
