Frommer's Review
Although it's decorated with shellacked lobsters and starfish, this restaurant serves a fine bouillabaisse. Just beyond the Parc du Pharo, next to the Old Port, it's one of the best old-time restaurants in town. The cooking emphasizes the taste of the seafood rather than fancy sauces. In addition to the bouillabaisse, it offers a good bourride (fish stew with aioli sauce). The waiter brings you an array of fresh fish from which you make your selection. An appealing raffish insouciance fills the atmosphere.
