Just 2 blocks from the beach, in a quiet, residential development behind a tall concrete wall, lies this lovely retreat, with shade trees, sitting areas, gardens, a pool, an ocean mural, and a range of accommodations (a small studio, a couple of suites inside the home, a separate honeymoon cottage, a one-bedroom apartment, or the entire 5,000-sq.-ft. house). Kim and Jim Wicker are the hosts of this vacation paradise and are more than willing to provide any information you need to make your vacation fabulous. Every unit has a welcome fruit basket when you arrive, plus beans for the coffeemaker. Kim loves to bake, and sometimes surprises her guests with "a little something" from her kitchen. You'll also find a deck, barbecue facilities, and an outdoor wet bar on the property. There's a great beach just a 3-minute drive away and tennis courts are nearby.
