In 2010, this three-bedroom, three-bathroom Polynesian-style home received $30,000 in upgrades, including new furniture, new beds (and linens), all new appliances in the kitchen, and refurbished hot tub and barbecue grill, which makes this large vacation home in the residential neighborhood of Maui Meadows (and a 5-min. drive from the nearest good beach) a great value. It's a terrific deal for a large family or three couples traveling together. The master bedrooms have California-king-size beds, walk-in closets, and dual sinks and showerheads; the third bedroom has two double beds and a large closet. Skylights, ceiling fans, and an interior lava-rock wall add to the tropical environment. The deck has outdoor tables and chairs, and the recently refurbished hot tub and a barbecue grill.
