First there's the location, right on the beach; second there's the location, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Lahaina; and third there's the location, next door to the 505 Front St. restaurants (with charging privileges) and shops. This recently upgraded condominium project (of studios and one-bedroom units) resembles an old plantation home with arched colonnades at the entry and an open-air, beachfront lobby. From the moment you step into the airy units (ranging in size from 550 sq. ft. to 1,430 sq. ft.), you'll feel like you are home. The units all have full kitchens, large lanais, and ocean or mountain views. Ask for an oceanfront unit for that terrific view of the ocean with the island of Lanai in the distance.
