Frommer's Review
This reasonably priced cafe is one of the most popular in town. The second-floor dining area affords a sweeping view of the Pacific and faraway headlands; to reach it, climb a flight of stairs outside the town's antique water tower and then detour sideways. You'll find a menu with southwestern selections, an array of sandwiches, fish and chips, and fresh catch of the day. Breakfast ranges from the basic bacon and eggs to eggs Florentine and honey-wheat pancakes.
