Tryp Medea ReviewA 15-minute walk west of the town's historic center on the opposite bank of the Guadiana River, this hotel, which opened in 1993, is equaled only by the parador. Lots of mirrors, stylish postmodern furniture crafted from locally made wrought iron, and numerous modern accessories decorate the rooms, many of which offer views over the historic core of Mérida. Ranging from small to medium, the units are well appointed. The accommodations on the fourth floor are equipped with a whirlpool and spacious terrace.
