Set at the Messina end of the best beachfront in Mortelle, this government-rated three-star hotel was built in the late 1970s as the best lodging in town. The simple, airy guest rooms attract holiday-makers from the region, including families with young children. Nothing is particularly plush, but in this simple and unpretentious beach resort, no one really seems to mind. Access to the nearby beach is free.
