This restaurant is the antithesis of South Beach trendiness, with scrappy wood floors and a very casual raw bar set outside around a large swimming pool. Enjoy the incredible views but don't expect much in the way of cuisine. With happy hour Monday through Friday from 4 to 8pm featuring half-priced drinks, your best bet is to have a few drinks and stick with snacks -- peel-and-eat shrimp, smoked-fish dip, and Buffalo wings go really well with beer or rum runners. Beware of Friday nights, when the happy-hour crowds convene around (and sometimes in) the pool for post-work revelry.
