Owned and operated by an Israeli and a Honduran, Grazie, go figure, is one of Miami's best loved Italian restaurants. The warm and inviting dining room blissfully offsets the surrounding schmutz and schmalz of Washington Avenue. The food is authentically Italian, with a variety of carpaccios -- the yellowtail and beef rock -- hot and cold antipasti including an addictive bruschetta and, the reason why you're here -- homemade pastas from fusilli alla Bolognese with homemade sausage, angel hair with fresh garlic, and ravioli stuffed with lump crabmeat in a pink lobster sauce. Meat dishes don't disappoint either, though if you're going for steak, don't go here. There's not many places to get pasta as good as you'll have it here. Just ask Miami Heat giant Shaquille O' Neal, who is a regular pasta eater here.
