Frommer's Review
About a 10-minute walk southeast of Piazza Duomo, this busy creperie is an ideal stop for a light lunch or a snack while visiting the nearby church of Sant'Ambrogio or Museo Nazionale di Scienza e di Tecnica. The far-ranging offerings include meal-like crepes such as prosciutto e formaggio (ham and cheese) or more dessertlike options (the Nutella creamy chocolate nut spread is highly recommended). There are a few value menus: Before 3pm, you can get one nondessert crepe, one sweet one, and a drink for 5€ ($6.50); until 9pm, you can get two "salty" ones, one dessert crepe, and a drink for 7.50€ ($9.75). The Italians split food like this into two categories: "sweet," dolci, and "salty," salati. A "sweet" crepe might have Nutella in it, a "salty" one, ham and cheese. The menu at La Crêperie is divided accordingly.
