Nightlife

In Mitilini, there's plenty of nightlife action at both ends of the harbor. The east side tends to be younger, cheaper, and more informal -- Hott Spott (63 Koundouriotou) being one such. The more sophisticated places are off the harbor's south end. Outdoor Park Cinema, on the road immediately below the stadium, and Pallas, on Vournazo (by the post office), are both open May through September. Summer occasionally brings professional entertainment to the Kastro.
