Arriving -- AMAT buses (tel. 091/350-111) leave approximately every 1 hour and 15 minutes throughout the day from a stop near Palazzo dei Normanni, on Piazza Indipendenza (2€ one-way). If you are driving (it’s about a 30-min. drive), leave your vehicle at the car park at Via Ignazio Florio. From there take a cab or walk up the 99 steps that lead to the cathedral.
