Frommer's Review
The common areas of this north Monterey motel are more modern and elaborate than most Best Westerns I've seen, but the rooms are your generic, reliable motel style. Amenities include in-room coffee, free local calls, and free wireless Internet; microwaves and refrigerators are available upon request. There's also a heated pool and Jacuzzi on the premises. The only drawback is the location, a few miles north of all of Monterey's action, but it's only a 10-minute drive and well worth the money you'll save by staying here.
