This casual parrillada resembles one you'd find in Buenos Aires -- except that Los Leños also serves an outstanding range of mariscos (seafood), such as the Spanish paella or lenguado Las Brasas (a flathead fish) served with prawns, mushrooms, and mashed potatoes. From the grill, the filet de lomo is the best cut -- order it with Roquefort, mustard, or black-pepper sauce. The restaurant's fresh produce is displayed in a case near the kitchen.
