Walk into this designer bar before 10pm and you might be drinking in scant company. While food isn't its raison d'etre, there's a compact menu of nibbles categorized as tapas, pinchos (skewered tapas), and amuses gueles. By 10pm, though, the three floors start to fill up, and DJs work the crowds into a lather.
