The former dance club Unity II was one of the biggest and most popular discos in town before it was severely damaged in an April 2006 fire. It reopened as Club Unity Montréal a few months later and once again draws well-dressed, friendly, mixed crowds Fridays and Saturdays to its three-rooms, top-of-the-line lighting and sound systems, and large outdoor roof terrace.
