A renowned Montreux landmark since 1903, this government-rated five-star lakeside hotel offers quiet opulence and discreet personal service. The elegant marble foyer has marquetry, a hushed sense of restraint, and Queen Anne antiques. The charm of this hotel is enhanced by oil paintings and baroque sculpture. The luxurious rooms are spacious, and all have lakefront balconies. Each comes with a combination tub/shower except for 11 units, which have just showers.
