Gregarious French restaurateur Christian Boucheron, who worked at hotels in the Washington, D.C., suburbs for 19 years, will make you feel right at home in this old building, a short walk from the Club Bali Hai. In fact, many guests are Americans and other English-speaking visitors who come here as much for fun as food. Local guitarist Ron Falconer usually plays and sings here Thursday and Sunday nights.
