Take the SS120 out of Randazzo to get to this stunningly situated little hotel, located 4km (2 1/2 miles) southeast of town at the foot of the volcano. These charming accommodations are actually a converted farm surrounded by 3 hectares (7 1/2 acres) of olive trees. The farmyard menagerie includes horses along with the inevitable Sicilian goats. The place is ideal for families with children; there's even a small park set aside for them. Guests are housed in small, comfortable villas, furnished with everything from kitchens to fireplaces.
