Frommer's Review
After the Arabella Sheraton Grand, this is Munich's largest hotel. It's two subway stops east of the Marienplatz in a congested neighborhood near the Isar River, not far from the Kulturzentrum Gasteig and the Deutsches Museum. An 11-story concrete structure, it offers a handsome, busy, and cosmopolitan environment much favored by business travelers and airline personnel. Guest rooms are all well maintained and have bathrooms with shower-tub combinations. Rated four stars by the government, it's the kind of place that shows bustling, international Munich at its most efficient, not its most charming.
