Exposed pipes and industrial-type lighting contrast with rustic walls and banquettes in this cheery restaurant. A blackboard lists creative daily specials, and those are often the best choices. Be sure to start with the local oysters, which are consistently good. Otherwise, hunger pangs can certainly be assuaged by such reliables as barbecue pork sandwiches, burgers, and lobster spring rolls. Expect comforting edibles, shorn of artifice, not artistry. There occasionally is live music of the singer-songwriter variety.
