The oldest structure on this 250-acre estate dates from 1685. All meals are cooked in the Farmhouse in an open-hearth fireplace and served by a staff in period costumes. Considering the primitive circumstances under which the food is prepared, it is always hearty, if simple. Rooms in the 1819 Barn have exposed, rough-hewn beams along with TVs and phones.
