The main part of this gay-friendly but not exclusively gay establishment is more like a Key West inn than a motel. Lending charm, a courtyard swimming pool partially wraps around -- and is shaded by -- an ancient mango tree. The best units have wooden louvered windows and doors opening to this pleasant vista. Although they lack such a view, the least expensive rooms in the rear of the main building and in an annex appeal to cost-conscious travelers. There's a piano bar here at night.
