This place is a hoot. It's worth coming to this small basement bar just to see the waitresses wearing cowboy hats or to gaze at the lava lamps and Spam containers on the counter along with the whiskey. But it serves decent food as well, including a pretty good burger, fish and chips, and other bar fare, and the music is mostly '50s and '60s rock 'n' roll. Wednesday and Friday are Ladies' Nights, when females can drink as much as they can for 100 minutes for ¥1,500, after which those cowboy hats might start looking quite fashionable.
