One side (Bar Terra) houses a relaxed bar with terrific (and unusual) eats, while the original Terra showcases James Beard Award–winning chef Hiro Sone’s awe-inspiring ability to master and borrow from French, Italian, and Japanese cooking traditions and make them his own. Crudo, pasta, fish, steak, it’s all done perfectly here. Cocktails are made from fruits and herbs grown in the owners’ garden. Desserts are also primo, so save room.
