With locations in Memphis and Nashville, Tennessee-based Boscos has built a reputation as the best brewpub around. Here in Music City, Boscos occupies a cavernous but congenial space in Hillsboro Village. Either inside the vivacious brew pub or outside on the lovely teakwood deck, patrons can wash down fresh fish dishes, gourmet pizzas, and stuffed mushrooms with a choice of more than half a dozen beers on tap. The bar sometimes serves cask-conditioned ales.
