Located right on the seawall in Ponta Negra, the Visual Praia is kind of a mini-resort hotel, complete with a large pool deck, and waterside bar and children's play area. Of course, if it's really a full-service resort you want you'll be better off at the Ocean Palace; the advantage of the Visual Praia is its location on Ponta Negra beach and its cheaper price tag. Rooms are comfortable and beautifully furnished with blond wood and marble desktops. Just two rooms have no view and no balcony; all the other rooms range from a partial to a full ocean view. Breakfast is served on the patio overlooking the beach.
