Unlike other cities, New Orleans doesn't have many specific sights, per se; it's more like one big sight. You could just spend your time wandering aimlessly, and that would be just fine. But there are some quirky spots of interest, curious little nooks you probably shouldn't miss, plus there is always the risk that without direction, you might duck into the nearest club and not be heard from again until your flight home.
