Yeah, Jimmy Buffett occasionally plays here, and yeah, they serve margaritas. Don't mind us if we sound grumpy; Buffett means well (isn't that practically his whole shtick as an artist?), but he took over a perfectly nice little jazz club (the Storyville Tavern, and by the way, it is not in or even all that near Storyville) and made it part of the brand-name takeover of the Quarter. Lineups are solid if unimaginative. There's no cover -- they'll try to sell you food and merchandise instead. It's not as bad as, say, the Hard Rock Cafe, but still. . . .
