Just reaching the end of its construction at press time, this companion to the popular Dong Phuong in the town center is typical of the many affordable minihotels along this busy section of Tran Phu south of the town center. The lobby is a big, open tile area where buses and cars park, and the hotel looks to be a real workhorse already, with many budget groups calling this home even before it was complete. Rooms are simple affairs, best out front with balconies and views of the ocean, although many of these are pretty noisy because they're near the street. Don't expect style or special services here, but it is convenient, affordable, and away from the busy backpacker party scene along Biet Thu.
