Frommer's Review
The 5-year-old lodge calls itself a "business hotel," and indeed it's a well-run and accommodating 12-story high-rise. Average-size rooms are chain-hotel style, with clean carpets, floral bedspreads, and tidy, modern furnishings. The bathrooms are a fine size, with marble finishes. If you can, spring for an oceanview room with balcony (on an upper floor away from street noise if possible). The staff is professional, and this comfortable seaside address covers all the bases with amenities and services. It's a nice, uninspired, affordable place and a bit like the younger, less-accomplished brother of the Yasaka . Don't miss a meal in the popular outdoor seafood barbecue area.
