For a change of pace, take a quick drive up to Lewiston, to this cylindrical coal silo that was transformed into a restaurant in 1998. Choose from burgers, salads, chicken sandwiches, hot dogs, and more, but the real treat here is the signature "haystack" sandwich: steak on a sub roll, topped with melted mozzarella and overflowing with shredded hash browns. The Silo is set right on the Niagara, so take your order out to the picnic tables that ring the restaurant and chow down overlooking the shimmering water.
