This tavern-restaurant stands on a little square behind St. Paul's. It has beamed ceilings, small lamps, and a black-and-white stone floor. From the a la carte menu you can order foie gras with truffles, casserole of roasted lamb and eggplant, beefsteak péllardon (with goat-cheese sauce), and brandade of codfish. Other menu items include several kinds of Charolais beefsteak, a platter piled high with grilled sweetbreads and grilled veal kidneys, and several different variations of savory sauerkraut.
