This hotel, with its pale pink Italianate facade, is part of the Concorde chain and is the largest and finest hotel in town -- and is adjacent to Les Jardins de la Fontaine. In 2005, it underwent a major renovation that left it much improved. The artful and cozy rooms have traditional or French furniture, with fluted or cabriole legs in one or another of the Louis styles. Each unit has a first-rate private bathroom with a tub or shower combination. You can order a meal in the hotel's verdant rear gardens or in a high-ceilinged dining room, L'Enclos de la Fontaine.
