Shalimar is a pleasant surprise in a town where adventurous ethnic cuisine once meant "nachos fully loaded." Shalimar offers a wide variety of tasty, tangy dishes of northern India. The meals are well prepared, and the chef is very accommodating in ensuring just the right spice level for your palate. The restaurant, a short walk from the village green, offers several tandoori dishes and a wonderfully tangy lamb vindaloo.
