Frommer's Review
Not enough restaurants in Lake Placid take advantage of the lake view, but this small, charming place offers views through the picture window as well as some tables out on the deck. It serves basic Italian fare, from linguine to stuffed shells to chicken cutlet parmigiana, but dishes are done well. Or dig into one of the pizzas, either red or white and with a variety of toppings. Lunches -- salami or meatball subs with a view -- are an even better bargain.
