First came the Italian restaurants, then the French, now Oregon's Willamette Valley wine country has a very classy Spanish restaurant. Located right in downtown McMinnville, La Rambla has a gorgeous dining room with a long bar down one side. I like sitting at the bar, sipping wine and noshing on tapas such as grilled eggplant stuffed with goat cheese, mussels with caramelized onions and Jerez wine, and Andalusian gypsy stew. However, if you're more inclined to a format dinner, they've got a few good choices as well.
