Located only 20 miles from Portland, this 70-acre working farm is a convenient rural getaway for anyone who craves a slow-paced vacation. The four craftsman-style buildings are listed on the National Register of Historic Places and include the main house, a carriage house, and a cottage. Original artwork abounds in the boldly decorated, colorful main house. Both of the main buildings overlook the farm's pond and lovely back garden, and there are also tennis courts and a swimming pool. Through the hazelnut orchard is Rex Hill Vineyards, and there's also a small winery operating here on the farm. The little white cottage, with its antique fireplace mantle, fir floors, and tiled bathroom, overlooks the farm's pond and a meadow that's filled with daffodils in the spring.
