The banks of Oregon's Willamette River may not be where you'd expect to find a Southern plantation home, but, nonetheless, here it is. Designed as a reproduction of a home in Natchez, Mississippi, this secluded and tranquil B&B is authentic in almost every detail and is as elegant an inn as you'll find anywhere in the region. The views of the river from the breakfast room will start your day out just right. The inn is close to Champoeg State Park, about midway between Aurora and Newberg.
