Nürnbergers refer to it as their Bratwurst locale (local Bratwurst), and it's the only serious rival to Bratwurst-Häusle . The kitchen prepares a traditional Nürnberg-style bratwurst with sauerkraut and boiled potatoes, all served on tin plates. Because beer goes perfectly with wurst, you'll enjoy sampling some of the brews on tap while admiring the craftsmanship of the room, which dates from the Middle Ages. Ham hocks are an additional specialty. Be careful or you'll spend your entire afternoon on the sun terrace -- it's that tempting.
