This serviceable, if unspectacular, hotel provides a great low-cost choice. It occupies the third, fourth, and fifth floors of an old-fashioned building on a wide pedestrian thoroughfare. Take a small elevator upstairs to the third-floor reception area, where the efficient owner will show you one of her simple, cramped, but immaculate rooms. The tiny bathrooms have shower stalls.
