As you might expect, seafood is a favorite here. For the most part, a casual atmosphere prevails -- although for the better restaurants, it's always wise to make reservations and check on the dress code. In summer, restaurants are rarely closed: Some open as early as 5am and continue serving until 10 or 11pm. Most places have full bar facilities. Just to be safe, get a copy of the Ocean City Convention and Visitors' Bureau's guide to accommodations and restaurants; it gives descriptions, hours, and price guidelines for at least 50 of the best eateries.
