Crab houses and watering holes have been springing up in West Ocean City for a number of years. Now there's a bit of Southern elegance on Route 50 west of the bridge. Opened in 2005, this restaurant is big and bright, with windows overlooking a little pond. Start with the specialty, sweet and peppery blue-crab corn chowder, and then move on to a fresh tomato salad featuring slices of the local best. Then choose beef, pasta, or one of the six shrimp dishes. Lunch means lots of salads and sandwiches, including a burger topped with crab imperial.
