Dedicated to the preservation of wolves and the education of the general public on the subject, Wolf Haven has been a sanctuary for more than 160 wolves since it opened in 1982. During tours of the facility, you'll get to meet many of these canines, including a small pack that allows visitors to observe wolf-pack behavior in action. In August, there are Saturday nigh Howl-ins that are particularly popular with families, featuring tours, storytelling, children's activities, and more. Advance reservations are required for Howl-Ins, which cost $17 for adults and $10 for children ages 4 to 12.
