Jean-Michel Berengier sets the best table in Orange, albeit in a rather austere dining room. He bases his cuisine on prime vegetables and the best ingredients from the mountains or sea. The restaurant also has a children's menu. Try escalope of braised sea bass with fennel or asparagus, or lamb with garlic cream sauce. The foie gras is a can't-miss dish. Fresh and flavorful seafood is prepared in different ways according to the season, and the staff prides itself on its dozens of preparations. The service is efficient and polite.
