This casual yet upscale restaurant is located on the grounds of McMenamins Edgefield, and is the ideal place to stop for dinner on the way back to Portland after a day of exploring the Gorge. Start with the calamari (perhaps accompanied by a glass of Edgefield wine), and then move on to chili-glazed pork tenderloin or pan-seared ahi with plum-miso glaze. If you aren't in the mood for a formal dinner, there is also a less expensive and less formal brewpub here.
