Part of the fun here are your hosts, two British sisters and the German husband of one of them. They have extensively renovated this 1798 house and two adjacent buildings into a very modern and comfortable B&B. The property is beautifully landscaped, with flowers everywhere, and it sits high up on a knoll with exquisite views of Pleasant Bay—very peaceful. The nine rooms are named after the kinds of boats you might see sailing by, such as Beetle Cat and Knockabout.
